Fitness Goals

Aerobic fitness - last week we did a pre-test which was a 2.4k run around the track. the time we have to complete the 2.4k was 10 mins and 51 seconds. I completed the task however not to the time required to be completed on. my time was 15.30 seconds just a few minutes after the time requirement. my target for this week is that I'm gonna start going to the gym and do some fitness. by next week or the next time, we have to do the pre-test I'm able to run 6 laps around the track without resting and beat the time required to pass. Also, I should be able to do 34 pushups without resting.
